We have a private bedroom available in our 3 bed/2.5 bath duplex apartment on Portland street near USC area. (Address : 2370 Portland Street, LA - 90007) from August 2014 to July 2015.
All the bedrooms are on the first floor with kitchen & dining area on the ground floor. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood,15 minutes walk to USC, grocery stores are close by, tram stop right outside the house, gated entry and laundry service in the basement. Two bedrooms are singly occupied by us.
Rent : $900 per month for the entire room. Internet, trash is included. Utilities and gas is around $50 (approx.) per person per month and depends on the usage.
About us: Both of us are from India and in the PhD program of Viterbi School of Engineering at USC.
